We are pleased to announce that the Share Purchase Agreement announced in May 2022 has concluded successfully. Following completion of all legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations, all shares held by Sanofi in Sanofi-aventis Pakistan Limited have been transferred to an investor consortium led by Packages Limited.
We will continue local manufacture, along with the import of some products, as before, and our teams will continue to focus on delivering our quality medicines and vaccines to the patients of Pakistan.
We are now a Packages Group Company with a rich legacy of excellence and reliability, addressing the full spectrum of healthcare needs, from wellness to prevention to management, treatment and cure.
